UK Delivery & Terms


Minimum order: £350 (excluding VAT), first order only. There is no minimum on
repeat orders. 


Delivery: £15 within UK.
Carriage Paid: Delivery is free on all UK mainland orders over £250. 


Payment: First order pro-forma, 28 day terms on subsequent orders. Please note
that payment of proforma invoices must be received by the due date stated to
maintain the delivery date quoted on the order.

Prices: All prices are subject to VAT.


Lead Times: Usually within 7 working days, please allow 2-4 weeks from receipt of order. After a trade show lead time is extended to 4-6 weeks.


Damages and shortages: Must be notified within 48 hours of delivery. We can not accept returns without prior agreement. All wholesale returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit note will be raised. 
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
All returns must be shipped using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Terms and Conditions: Title of goods remain with Thornback & Peel Ltd until settlement is made in full. Third party selling of Thornback & Peel products is strictly not permitted. Strictly no sale or return.
